Hey, I'm Laura!

Welcome to my blog! I am so happy you're here and that you found my little blog! First of all, let me start by telling you a little bit about me and where my passion for travel began!

I'm from a little place in the South-East of Ireland. I have recently graduated from UCC with a BSc in Public Health Sciences. I am currently living in Australia working and saving with the hope to travel the country when my regional work is done! I am a super bubbly and charismatic person who wants to share my experiences and make a positive difference in peoples' lives!
I started travelling at a very young age (just little family holidays abroad of course), but after getting a taste for it I never wanted to stop!
It was in Sommieres, in the South of France that my passion for travelling was born. Picture this, it's nearing closer to midnight, my family and I were perched on a cliff edge, chatting about life, our favourite music, and all the wonderful things we got up to that day. A warm summer breeze brushed past my face, I looked up at the most breathtaking stars you have ever seen, like crushed diamonds in the sky, I had never witnessed anything so magical. The lyrical sound of cigales filled the air, and in that moment, all my worries, fears, and thoughts about the future came to a halt, and I was living without a care in the world.
It was in that moment that I thought to myself 'this is what life is all about' - the warmth provided by the evening breeze, the magical stars overhead and the ever-growing sense of wonderment and excitement I felt when I was abroad. I knew I was destined to travel.​
